Zusammenfassung: | To provide a power conversion device capable of controlling an induction voltage even if a power supply circuit fails.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a power conversion device 100 comprising: a semiconductor element that converts electric power supplied from a strong power battery 1; a main power supply circuit 20; a slave power supply circuit 10; and power supply circuits 30, 40 configured to supply power not only from the main power supply circuit 20 but also from the slave power supply circuit 10 to a three-phase short circuit 22 and an over-voltage detection circuit 23. In a normal state, the semiconductor element is controlled by driving of a control circuit 21 on the basis of power from the main power supply circuit 20, and the over-voltage detection circuit 23 is driven on the basis of power from the main power supply circuit 20. In an over-voltage state, the three-phase short circuit 22 executes a three-phase short circuit control on the basis of power from one of the main power supply circuit 20 and the slave power supply circuit 30, and the over-voltage detection circuit 23 is driven on the basis of power from one of the main power supply circuit 20 and the slave power supply circuit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】電源回路が失陥した場合にも誘起電圧を制御可能な電力変換装置を提供する。【解決手段】強電バッテリ1から供給される電力を変換する半導体素子と、主電源回路20と、従電源回路10と、三相短絡回路22及び過電圧検知回路23に、主電源回路20だけでなく従電源回路10からも電力を供給可能に構成された電力供給回路30,40と、を備える電力変換装置100が提供される。通常状態の場合、半導体素子は、主電源回路20からの電力に基づいて制御回路21が駆動されて制御され、過電圧検知回路23は、主電源回路20からの電力に基づき駆動される。一方、過電圧状態では、三相短絡回路22は、主電源回路20及び従電源回路30の一方からの電力に基づいて三相短絡制御を実行し、過電圧検知回路23は、主電源回路20及び従電源回路10の一方からの電力に基づいて駆動される。【選択図】図2 |
