Zusammenfassung: | To provide a watertightness tester which is compact, can cope with a case where the inner diameter of a water pipe is slightly different, and has excellent workability, and an inspection method.SOLUTION: A watertightness tester includes: a cylindrical main body 2 that enters a pipe and receives the external pressure of test water Wt; and a pair of water stop parts 3 provided at both ends of an inspection area α in the middle of the main body 2 in an axial direction S, which are brought into contact with the inner surface of the pipe to stop the test water Wt by expanding the diameter with pressurized water Wp. An inspection method includes following steps of: installing a watertightness tester by inserting one of the pair of water stop parts 3 into a first piping material 51 and expanding the diameter of the one of the water stop parts 3; expanding the diameter of the other of the pair of water stop parts 3 after a second piping member 52 is joined to the first piping member 51 so that the pair of water stop parts 3 straddle a joint portion 53; and conducting a watertightness test by supplying the test water Wt between the pair of water stop parts 3 with diameters enlarged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】コンパクトで、かつ、配水管の内径が若干異なる場合にも対応でき、作業性に優れた水密テスト機および検査方法を提供することである。【解決手段】水密テスト機は、配管内に入り込みテスト水Wtの外圧を受ける筒状の本体2と、本体2の軸方向Sの中間の検査領域αの両端に設けられ加圧水Wpにより拡径することで配管の内面に接してテスト水Wtを止水する一対の止水部3とを備え、検査方法は、第1の配管材51の内部に一対の止水部3の一方が挿入された状態で一方の止水部3を拡径して水密テスト機を設置する工程と、一対の止水部3が継手部53を股ぐような状態となるように第1の配管材51に第2の配管材52を接合した後に、一対の止水部3の他方を拡径させる工程と、拡径した一対の止水部3の間にテスト水Wtを供給して、水密テストを行う工程とを備える。【選択図】図5 |
