Zusammenfassung:	To provide a seismic structure without the need for increasing a thickness of a skeleton while restricting a breakage of a seismic device.SOLUTION: A seismic structure 20 has: a lower structure 12; a pedestal 12B which is provided in the lower structure 12 and to which a seismic device 14 is fixed; an upper structure 16 which is supported by the seismic device 14; a stopper 30 which is fixed to a beam material (a beam 16B) of the upper structure 16 and projects downward; and a load receiving part 40 which is provided in the lower structure 12, is fixed to the pedestal 12B, and faces the stopper 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A 【課題】免震装置の破断を抑制しつつ、躯体の厚みを厚くする必要がない免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震構造２０は、下部構造体１２と、下部構造体１２に設けられ、免震装置１４が固定された台座１２Ｂと、免震装置１４に支持された上部構造体１６と、上部構造体１６の梁材（梁１６Ｂ）に固定されて下方へ突設されたストッパー３０と、下部構造体１２に設けられ、台座１２Ｂに固定されてストッパー３０と対面する荷重受け部４０と、を有する。【選択図】図１Ａ
