Zusammenfassung: | To provide a device for detecting grinding loads on a grinding stone, which can detect increase of grinding resistance in a specific portion in a grinding surface of the grinding stone.SOLUTION: An integrated strength value calculating part 70 calculates a first integrated strength value Xi1 of a first AE signal SAE1 and a second integrated strength value Xi2 of a second AE signal SAE2, which are respectively generated from positions different from each other in a radial direction of a grinding stone during grinding processing, and an evaluation value calculating part 72 calculates, as an evaluation value of grinding loads, relative values between the first integrated strength value Xi1 and the second integrated strength value Xi2. This can detect a relative value of grinding resistance between an inner periphery part and an outer periphery part in a grinding surface 12a. A determination using the detected relative value enables starting of dressing for toothing of a flat grinding stone 12 to be determined at an appropriate timing, without requiring skill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】研削砥石の研削面内のうちの特定の箇所における研削抵抗の増加を検出することができる、研削砥石の研削負荷検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】積算強度値算出部70において、研削加工中に前記研削砥石の径方向に異なる位置からそれぞれ発生する、第1AE信号SAE1の第1積算強度値Xi1および第2AE信号SAE2の第2積算強度値Xi2がそれぞれ算出され、評価値算出部72において、第1積算強度値Xi1および第2積算強度値Xi2の相対値が、研削負荷の評価値として算出される。これにより、研削面12a内の内周部と外周部との間の研削抵抗の相対値が検出されることができ、その検出された相対値を用いた判定から適切なタイミングで平面研削砥石12の目立てについてのドレッシング開始判定を、熟練を要せず行なうことができる。【選択図】図1 |
