Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method of being able to produce an insulated conductor formed by coating a curved part such as a conductor coil, of a curved conductor, with a resin film, in which a difference in resin film thickness formed between an inner surface and an outer surface of the curved part is small, and the uniformity of the resin film thickness is high.SOLUTION: A production method of an insulated conductor includes: an electrodeposition step in which, in a state in which a curved conductor is immersed in an electrodeposition solution including resin particles and an inner electrode is placed at a position facing the inner surface of a curved part of the curved conductor, an electrodeposition film is formed by electrodepositing the resin particles onto the curved conductor by applying a DC voltage between the curved part and the inner electrode; and a baking step in which a resin film is formed by heating the curved conductor on which the electrodeposition film is formed and by baking the electrodeposition film onto the curved conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】導体コイルなどの屈曲部を有する屈曲状導体の屈曲部を樹脂皮膜で被覆した絶縁導体であって、屈曲部の内側表面と外側表面とに形成される樹脂皮膜の膜厚の差が小さく、樹脂皮膜の膜厚の均一性が高い絶縁導体を製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂粒子を含む電着液に前記屈曲状導体を浸漬し、前記屈曲状導体の前記屈曲部の内側表面に対向する位置に内側電極を配置した状態で、前記屈曲部と前記内側電極との間に直流電圧を印加することによって、前記屈曲状導体に前記樹脂粒子を電着させて電着膜を形成する電着工程と、前記電着膜が形成された前記屈曲状導体を加熱して、前記屈曲状導体に前記電着膜を焼き付けて樹脂皮膜を形成する焼付工程と、を含む絶縁導体の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
