Zusammenfassung:To provide a concentration measurement method and device of an underwater trace gas composition suitable for highly accurately measuring a trace gas composition existing in the water like ultra pure water.SOLUTION: A concentration measurement device of an underwater trace gas composition comprises: introduction means which introduces a prescribed amount of measurement object water into a flow passage of measurement means; gas-water separation means which separates the measurement object water introduced into the flow passage of the measurement means to the trace gas composition and water with a precolumn; concentration means which cools the trace gas composition separated from the water to concentrate it and warms the concentrated trace gas composition to feed it to a main column portion; oxygen removal means which removes oxygen from the fed trace gas composition; gas composition separation means which separates the trace gas composition from which oxygen has been removed to one or plural types of gas compositions excluding the oxygen composition with the main column portion; and detection means which detects the one or plural types of separated gas compositions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】超純水等の水中に存在している微量ガス成分を高精度に測定するのに好適な水中微量ガス成分の濃縮測定方法および装置を提供する。【解決手段】被測定水の所定量を測定手段の流路内に導入する導入手段と、測定手段の流路内に導入された被測定水をプレカラムによって微量ガス成分と水とに分離する気水分離手段と、水から分離された微量ガス成分を冷却して濃縮するとともに濃縮された微量ガス成分を加温してメインカラム部分へ送出する濃縮手段と、送出された微量ガス成分より酸素を除去する酸素除去手段と、酸素が除去された微量ガス成分をメインカラム部分により酸素成分を除く1種類または複数種類のガス成分に分離するガス成分分離手段と、分離された1種類または複数種類のガス成分を検出する検出手段とを有する。【選択図】図1
