The retort-pouch molded food is obtained by dispersing oat grains and psyllium in water at 50°C or less to obtain a viscous liquid in which the oat grains are dispersed, filling the pouch with the viscous liquid, and retort-sterilizing the viscous liquid contained in the pouch to solidify the viscous liquid into a lump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】栄養価の高いオーツ麦を、そのまますぐに袋から直接食べられるように成形されたオートミールポリッジのような食感を有するレトルトパウチ成形食品及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】オーツ麦及びサイリウムを含有したレトルトパウチ成形食品であって、一塊の状態でレトルトパウチから取り出してそのまま食べることができるレトルトパウチ成形食品。前記レトルトパウチ成形食品は、オーツ麦粒とサイリウムとを50℃以下の水に分散させて、オーツ麦粒が分散された粘性液を得、この粘性液をパウチに充填して、パウチに入った粘性液をレトルト殺菌することにより一塊に固化させて製造することができる。【選択図】図1 |
