Zusammenfassung:	To provide a manual operation method in which a water-feeding controller to which an electric actuator is attached can be manually operated easily.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 16 comprises an actuator body 40 and a fitting part 42, the actuator body is provided in a switchable manner between a fixed state of being fixed to the fitting part in a non-rotatable manner and a rotatable state of being rotatable in a circumferential direction for the fitting part. When the water-feeding controller is manually operated, the actuator body is set to the rotatable state, the actuator body is rotated in the circumferential direction while a displacement mechanism of the water-feeding controller and a drive mechanism of the electric actuator are kept connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】電動アクチュエータが取り付けられた送水制御装置を容易に手動操作できる手動操作方法を提供する。【解決手段】電動アクチュエータ１６は、アクチュエータ本体４０と取付部４２とを備え、アクチュエータ本体は、取付部に対して回転不可に固定された固定状態と、取付部に対して周方向に回転可能である回転可能状態とに切り替え可能に設けられる。送水制御装置を手動操作するときには、アクチュエータ本体を回転可能状態にし、送水制御装置の変位機構と電動アクチュエータの駆動機構とを連結したまま、アクチュエータ本体を周方向に回転させる。【選択図】図８
