To provide a valve device capable of suppressing leakage of a refrigerant, deterioration of cooling efficiency, and noise due to circulation of the refrigerant.SOLUTION: A valve device 5 is used in an air conditioner 1. The valve device 5 has one valve body 100 having a plurality of refrigerant passages, and a plurality of valve units attached to the valve body 100.
