Zusammenfassung:To provide a hulling device capable of simplifying control of flow rate adjustment of grains.SOLUTION: As an opening of a shutter 31 is reduced when grains are detected by an upper limit sensor 60, a processing amount of unhulled rice at a hulling machine 4 can be reduced when a storage amount of grains in a second tank 6 is about to exceed an upper limit. As the opening of the shutter 31 is increased when grains are not detected by a lower limit sensor 61, the processing amount of unhulled rice at the hulling machine 4 can be increased when the second tank 6 is about to become empty. Thus, through the flow rate adjustment of grains under opening/closing control of the shutter 31, the control of the flow rate adjustment can be simplified more than a conventional technique of controlling each of opening/closing of the shutter 31, the opening of a delivery amount adjustment plate, and a start/stop of an oscillation selector 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】穀粒の流量調整の制御を簡素化できる籾摺装置を提供すること。【解決手段】上限センサ60で穀粒が検出された場合にシャッター31の開度を減少させるので、第2タンク6の穀粒の貯留量が上限を超えそうになった場合に籾摺機4での籾の処理量を減少させることができる。また、下限センサ61で穀粒が検出されない場合にシャッター31の開度を増大させるので、第2タンク6が空になりそうになった場合に籾摺機4での籾の処理量を増大させることができる。このように、シャッター31の開閉制御によって穀粒の流量調整を行うことにより、シャッター31の開閉、繰出量調整板の開度、及び、揺動選別機7の起動停止の各々を制御する従来技術に比べ、かかる流量調整の制御を簡素化できる。【選択図】図3
