To provide a clasp capable of easily and detachably locking a plate material.SOLUTION: A clasp comprises a plate with two drilled holes, and a first projection, a second projection, a third projection and a fourth projection of a pair of a left plate spring piece and a right plate spring piece which are erected at four points in two rows on the plate and expanded at the tip outside. The clasp is fixed with a screw to a fitting destination with the hole.
