To provide a light-emitting device having improved reliability.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes: a substrate 130A that includes a base material having an upper surface and a lower surface; and first light-emitting elements 121 and second light-emitting elements 122 which are arranged in the respective lines along a first direction on the substrate. The substrate includes: upper surface wiring; lower surface wiring; and a first electroconductive portion 31V, a second electroconductive portion 32V, a third electroconductive portion 33V and a fourth electroconductive portion 34V each of which connects the upper surface wiring with the lower surface wiring. The upper surface wiring includes: a first wiring 31T and a second wiring 32T that are separated from each other in the first direction; and a third wiring 33T and a fourth wiring 34T that are separated from each other in the first direction. The first wiring and the third wiring are arranged in one line along a second direction, and the second wiring and the fourth wiring are arranged in one line along the second direction.
