The first region has a first end and a second end which are connected to the second region, a first groove is formed at the first region, a range in which the first screw in the second region is arranged is larger than a range in which the first screw in the first region is arranged in a peripheral direction, the second screw is engaged with the first screw in the second region, the linear motion member moves in a first direction, and the second screw thereby approaches the second end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
