LIQUID SOFTENER COMPOSITION

To provide a liquid softener composition having good deodorant performance and capable of suppressing liquid separation and a mottled appearance.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid softener composition which comprises the following components (A) to (C): (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an amine compound having 1 to 3 hydrocarbon groups having 10 to 26 carbon atoms in the molecule which is separated by an ester group (-COO-) and/or an amide group (-NHCO-), a salt thereof and a quaternized product thereof; (B) a specific quaternary ammonium salt and (C) a nonionic polymer having a urethane skelton, wherein the content of the component (B) is 1 mass% or less.
