WATER CLOSET

To provide a water closet which can suppress residence of dirt in a pot part of a toilet bowl body so as to improve dirt discharge performance.SOLUTION: A water closet 1 has a bowl part 6 comprising a dirt receiving surface 14, and a pot part 12, and a drain trap part 8 comprising an entrance 30 connected to the lower part of the pot part and draining dirt in the bowl part. The pot part comprises a bottom wall 32 formed at the upper side and the front side of the entrance in the drain trap part, a rear wall 34 installed at the rear side of the entrance in drain trap part, and side walls 36 and 38 formed so as to surround the periphery of the bottom wall. The entrance in the drain trap part comprises a rear end 30a connected to the bottom edge of the rear wall in the pot part, and a front end 30b connected to a rear end 56c on the lateral center in the bottom wall of the pot part, and the front end 30b in the entrance of the drain trap part is installed in a position lower than the rear end 30a in the entrance of the drain trap part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A 【課題】便器本体の壺部内における汚物の滞留を抑制し、汚物排出性能を向上させることができる水洗大便器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明による水洗大便器１は、汚物受け面１４と、壺部１２と、を備えたボウル部６と、壺部の下方に接続された入口３０を備え、ボウル部内の汚物を排出する排水トラップ部８と、を有し、壺部は、排水トラップ部の入口の上方且つ前方に形成された底壁３２と、排水トラップ部の入口の後方側に設けられた後壁３４と、底壁の周囲を取り囲むように形成された側壁３６，３８と、を備えており、排水トラップ部の入口は、壺部の後壁の下端に接合された後端３０ａと、壺部の底壁における左右中央の後端５６ｃに接合された前端３０ｂと、を備えており、排水トラップ部の入口の前端３０ｂは、排水トラップ部の入口の後端３０ａよりも低い位置に設けられている。【選択図】図３Ａ
