Zusammenfassung:To provide an all-solid-state battery in which initial failure can be detected while the occurrence of a short circuit is suppressed, a manufacturing method of the all-solid-state battery, and an evaluation method of the all-solid-state battery.SOLUTION: An all-solid-state battery includes a solid electrolyte layer, a first electrode layer which is provided on a first main surface of the solid electrolyte layer and contains an electrode active material, and a second electrode layer which is provided on a second main surface of the solid electrolyte layer and contains an electrode active material. When the all-solid-state battery is heated at a temperature increase rate of 20°C/min, per unit volume (cm3) of the all-solid-state battery, 30 mg or more and 53 mg or less of CO2 is generated externally from 550°C to 700°C, and 90 mg or more and 155 mg or less of CO2 is generated externally from 550°C to 750°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】 ショートの発生抑制しつつ、初期不良を検出することができる全固体電池、全固体電池の製造方法、および全固体電池の評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】 全固体電池は、固体電解質層と、前記固体電解質層の第1主面に設けられ電極活物質を含む第1電極層と、前記固体電解質層の第2主面に設けられ電極活物質を含む第2電極層と、を備える全固体電池であって、20℃/minの昇温速度で加熱した場合に、前記全固体電池の単位体積(cm3)あたり、550℃から700℃までに30mg以上53mg以下のCO2が外部に発生し、550℃から750℃までに90mg以上155mg以下のCO2が外部発生することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図4
