Zusammenfassung: | To provide a dressing method of a superabrasive grinding wheel which can apply sufficient dressing to the superabrasive grinding wheel which performs superabrasive grinding, and a device.SOLUTION: In a diamond grinding piece arranged at a tip part of a dresser 12 which is in scanning by a dresser scanner (scanning table 30, scanning motor 32), ultrasonic vibration is applied to the dresser 12 so as to approach or separate from a dressing face 16 of a superabrasive grinding wheel 14 by an ultrasonic vibration application device 22. By this constitution, since superabrasives are preferably ground due to the ultrasonic vibration of the diamond grinding piece which is in scanning, the sufficient dressing of the superabrasive grinding wheel 14 can be obtained, the surface roughness of a workpiece is improved, and a long life longer than that of a rotary dresser can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】精密研削を行なう超砥粒研削ホイールに対して充分に目立てを行なうことが可能な超砥粒研削ホイールのドレッシング方法および装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドレッサ走査装置(走査テーブル30、走査モータ32)により走査中のドレッサ12の先端部に備えられたダイヤモンド研削片には、超音波振動付与装置22により超砥粒研削ホイール14のドレッシング面16に対して接近離隔するようにドレッサ12に超音波振動が付与される。これにより、走査中のダイヤモンド研削片が超音波振動することで超砥粒を好適に破砕するので、超砥粒研削ホイール14の充分な目立てが得られるとともにワークの表面粗さが改善され、且つロータリドレッサよりも長寿命が得られる。【選択図】図1 |
