Zusammenfassung:To provide a method with which it is possible to efficiently manufacture a cellulose nanofiber aqueous suspension with less residue of gel particles by using powder of cellulose nanofiber.SOLUTION: Powder including cellulose nanofiber is suspended in an aqueous solution of a material having thickening properties. A shear viscosity of an aqueous suspension at 25°C and a shear rate 1560(1/s) is 0.25 Pa s or more by using the aqueous solution of the material having thickening properties as a medium of suspension.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】セルロースナノファイバーの粉末を用いて、ゲル粒の残留が少ないセルロースナノファイバー水懸濁液を効率よく製造することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】セルロースナノファイバーを含む粉末を、増粘性を有する物質の水溶液中で懸濁させる。増粘性を有する物質の水溶液を懸濁の媒体として用いることにより、水懸濁液の25℃、せん断速度1560(1/s)のせん断粘度を、0.25Pa・s以上とする。【選択図】なし
