To improve the convenience of a user when the user purchases a consumable item of a household apparatus.SOLUTION: When automatic purchase of a bathtub cleanser which is a consumable component for a hot water supply device 100 which is one example of a household apparatus is registered through a mobile terminal device 130, registration information for specifying an e-commerce transaction site of an automatic purchase destination of a consumable item by a user of the hot water supply device 100 is stored in a management server 150. When a float switch 52 detects that the liquid level of the bathtub cleanser in a cleanser tank 50 is lowered to a prescribed liquid level, the hot water supply device 100 transmits a purchase trigger of the bathtub cleanser to the management server 150.
