To provide a rotary electric machine capable of efficiently cooling and being miniaturized.SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine comprises a housing 10 having a peripheral wall part 11 surrounding a stator 40. The housing includes a first fluid flow path through which a first fluid flows and a second fluid flow path through which a second fluid flows. The first fluid flow path has a first circumferential flow path part 51 provided with a first inlet part into which the first fluid flows and extending in the circumferential direction and a plurality of first axial direction flow path parts 56 extending from the first circumferential flow path part in the axial direction. The second fluid flow path has a second circumferential flow path part provided with a second inlet part into which the second fluid flows and extending in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of second axial flow path parts 67 extending in the axial direction from the second circumferential flow path part.
