The first fluid flow path has a first circumferential flow path part 51 provided with a first inlet part into which the first fluid flows and extending in the circumferential direction and a plurality of first axial direction flow path parts 56 extending from the first circumferential flow path part in the axial direction. The second fluid flow path has a second circumferential flow path part provided with a second inlet part into which the second fluid flows and extending in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of second axial flow path parts 67 extending in the axial direction from the second circumferential flow path part.
