Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for producing an alkoxysilyl alkylaminoalkyl-modified polysiloxane compound which reaches a sufficient reaction rate at a low temperature in a short time, and yet has a low polymer content and good storage stability, while being suppressed in coloration.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing a compound represented by general formula (3) by reacting a specific silanol-modified polysiloxane compound with a cyclic silazane compound having a specific alkoxysilyl group [R1-R3 are monovalent hydrocarbon groups; R4 is a divalent hydrocarbon group optionally including a sulfur atom or the like; q is 0 or 1, r is 0, 1 or 2.
