To provide a control device for a man-powered vehicle that can appropriately control a speed change gear.SOLUTION: A control device for a man-powered vehicle comprises a control part configured to control a speed change gear so that a gear change ratio is changed in accordance with a first gear change condition, where the man-powered vehicle includes the speed change gear that changes the gear change ratio corresponding to a ratio of a rotation speed of a wheel to a rotation speed of a crank of the man-powered vehicle.
