Zusammenfassung: | To provide a rotation sensor with excellent accuracy in detecting rotation position information of a rotor.SOLUTION: A rotation sensor includes a first light introduction part, a second light introduction part, and a third light introduction part, each of which allows detection light to be emitted from a light emission part to be introduced into a light reception part. The first light introduction part adjusts the light amount of the detection light to be emitted so as to allow the light reception part to generate a first detection signal being a sine-wave signal of a period being the same as one period of a mechanical angle of a rotor. The second light introduction part adjusts the light amount of the detection light so as to allow the light reception part to generate a second detection signal being a cosine-wave signal having a period corresponding to a pole-pair number of the rotor. The third light introduction part adjusts the light amount of the detection light to be emitted from the light emission part of a third detection part so as to allow the light reception part to generate a third detection signal being a sine-wave signal having a period corresponding to a pole-pair number of the rotor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転体の回転位置情報の検出精度のよい回転センサを提供する。【解決手段】回転センサは、発光部から発光される前記検知光を受光部に導入させる第1光導入部、第2光導入部、および第3光導入部を備え、第1光導入部は、発光される検知光の光量を、回転体の機械角の一周期と同じ周期の正弦波信号である第1検出信号が受光部により生成されるように調整し、第2光導入部は、検知光の光量を、回転体の極体数に対応する周期を有する余弦波の信号である第2検出信号が受光部により生成されるように調整し、第3光導入部は、第3検出部の発光部から発光される検知光の光量を、回転体の極体数に対応する周期を有する正弦波の信号である第3検出信号が受光部により生成されるように調整する。【選択図】図1 |
