Zusammenfassung: | To provide a driving support device that appropriately controls traveling of a vehicle when entering an intersection with poor visibility.SOLUTION: A vehicle driving support device includes: surrounding situation information acquisition devices 20 and 21 that acquire surrounding situation information of a vehicle; and a travel control unit 22 that controls traveling of the vehicle. When an intersection is detected in front of the vehicle based on output information of the surrounding situation information acquisition device, the travel control unit sets a predetermined temporary stop position according to the surrounding situation of the vehicle, and executes stop control to bring the vehicle to a temporary stop targeting the predetermined temporary stop position, executes travel control in which a series of control to resume traveling of the vehicle after checking the surrounding situation is repeated multiple times. In this case, first acceleration A1 when resuming traveling from a first stop position [A], second acceleration A2 when resuming traveling from a second stop position [B], and third acceleration A3 when resuming traveling from a third stop position [C] are set to be the third acceleration≥the first acceleration≥the second acceleration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】見通しの悪い交差点等に進入する際の車両の走行制御を適切に行う運転支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両の周囲状況情報を取得する周囲状況情報取得装置20,21と、車両の走行制御を行う走行制御部22とを具備し、走行制御部は周囲状況情報取得装置の出力情報に基づいて車両の前方に交差点が検出された場合には、車両の周囲状況に応じて所定の一時停止位置を設定し、所定の一時停止位置を目標として車両を一時停止させる停止制御を実行し、周囲状況を確認した後に車両の走行を再開させる一連の制御を複数回繰り返し行う走行制御を実行し、この場合において、第1停止位置[A]から走行を再開するときの第1加速度A1と、第2停止位置[B]から走行を再開するときの第2加速度A2と、第3停止位置[C]から走行を再開するときの第3加速度A3とは、第3加速度≧第1加速度≧第2加速度となるように設定されている。【選択図】図1 |
