Zusammenfassung: | To provide an adhesive sheet that is prevented from becoming too hard even if the sheet is exposed to ultraviolet light after hardened, has excellent step followability even after ultraviolet light exposure.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet of the present invention includes (meth)acrylic copolymer (A), cross-linking agent (B) having two or more acryloyl groups, hydrogen-abstraction type photoinitiator (C), and self-cleavage type photoradical initiator (D), where the cross-linking agent (B) is included by less than 5 pts.mass for 100 pts.mass of the (meth)acrylic copolymer (A), the hydrogen-abstraction type photoinitiator (C) is included by 0.3 ps.mass or less for 100 pts.mass of the (meth)acrylic copolymer (A), and the self-cleavage type photoradical initiator (D) is included by 0.2 pt.mass or more for 100 pts.mass of the (meth)acrylic copolymer (A). The adhesive sheet has a value of R=S(LED)/S(HTML) at 0.8 to 1.2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硬化した後に紫外線に暴露されたとしても硬くなり過ぎるのが抑制され、紫外線暴露後においても段差追従性に優れる粘着シートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の粘着シートは、(メタ)アクリル系共重合体(A)と、2個以上のアクリロイル基を有する架橋剤(B)と、水素引き抜き型光開始剤(C)と、自己開裂型光ラジカル開始剤(D)とを含み、前記架橋剤(B)は、前記(メタ)アクリル系共重合体(A)100質量部に対して5質量部未満含まれており、前記水素引き抜き型光開始剤(C)は、前記(メタ)アクリル系共重合体(A)100質量部に対して0.3質量部以下含まれており、前記自己開裂型光ラジカル開始剤(D)は、前記(メタ)アクリル系共重合体(A)100質量部あたりに対して0.2質量部以上含まれている。粘着シートは、R=S(LED)/S(HTML)の値が0.8~1.2である。【選択図】なし |
