PEELING DEVICE

To provide a peeling device capable of peeling a protective member from a workpiece without increasing the frequency of work for taking the collected protective member out of a collection box and without complicating this work.SOLUTION: A peeling device comprises a control unit by which a holding unit is positioned at an upper side of a collection box and a protective member is then thrown down from the holding unit together with a peeling tape after the holding unit is awaited by a preset time. In the peeling device, after oscillation of the peeling tape and the protective member with the movement of the holding unit is settled, the peeling tape and the protective member can be thrown into the collection box. In such a case, a probability for the protective member thrown down from the holding unit to be stuck on a sidewall of the collection box can be reduced. As a result, the protective member can be peeled from a workpiece without increasing the frequency of work for taking the collected protective member out of the collection box and without complicating this work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】回収された保護部材を回収ボックスから取り出す作業の頻度を増加させず、また、この作業を煩雑にすることなく、ワークピースから保護部材を剥離できる剥離装置を提供する。【解決手段】回収ボックスの上方に把持ユニットを位置付けてから予め設定された時間だけ把持ユニットを待機させた後に把持ユニットから剥離用テープとともに保護部材を投下させる制御ユニットを剥離装置に設ける。この剥離装置においては、把持ユニットの移動に伴う剥離用テープ及び保護部材の揺れが収まってから、回収ボックスに剥離用テープ及び保護部材を投下することができる。この場合、把持ユニットから投下された保護部材が回収ボックスの側壁に張り付く蓋然性を低減できる。その結果、回収された保護部材を回収ボックスから取り出す作業の頻度を増加させず、また、この作業を煩雑にすることなく、ワークピースから保護部材を剥離できる。【選択図】図１
