To achieve stabilization of quality of cement clinker.SOLUTION: A cement clinker manufacturing system according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a cement clinker manufacturing apparatus having a heating unit that heats cement raw material and a waste supply unit that supplies waste including waste plastic to the heating unit, and a control device that controls the manufacturing apparatus.
