Zusammenfassung:To provide a method of inspecting a battery pack capable of detecting occurrence of thermal chain in a battery pack early and accurately.SOLUTION: An inspection method inspects occurrence of thermal chain in a battery pack. The inspection method includes: a voltage measurement step of measuring a voltage of each single battery; a reference voltage calculation step of calculating a reference voltage value VS on the basis of the voltage of each single battery; and an inspection step of inspecting occurrence of thermal chain on the basis of the reference voltage value VS and the voltage of each single battery. At the inspection step of the inspection method, when a first voltage difference (VS-V1), which is a voltage difference between a voltage V1 of a predetermined first single battery and the reference voltage value VS, is equal to or more than a first threshold VT1, and a second voltage difference (VS-V2), which is a voltage difference between a voltage V2 of a second single battery adjacent to the first single battery and the reference voltage value VS, is equal to or more than a second threshold VT2, it is determined that thermal chain occurs. Due to this inspection method, occurrence of thermal chain can be detected early and accurately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】組電池における熱連鎖の発生を早期かつ正確に検出できる組電池の検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】ここに開示される検査方法は、組電池における熱連鎖の発生を検査する。かかる検査方法は、各単電池の電圧を測定する電圧測定工程と、各単電池の電圧に基づいて基準電圧値VSを算出する基準電圧算出工程と、基準電圧値VSと各単電池の電圧に基づいて熱連鎖の発生を検査する検査工程とを備えている。そして、ここに開示される検査方法の検査工程は、所定の第1の単電池の電圧V1と基準電圧値VSとの電圧差である第1の電圧差(VS-V1)が第1の閾値VT1以上であり、かつ、第1の単電池に隣接した第2の単電池の電圧V2と基準電圧値VSとの電圧差である第2の電圧差(VS-V2)が第2の閾値VT2以上である場合に熱連鎖が発生していると判定する。かかる検査方法によると、熱連鎖の発生を早期かつ正確に検出できる。【選択図】図3
