Zusammenfassung: | To obtain a fully enclosed type rotary electric machine with a new structure which is improved so as to reduce inconveniences.SOLUTION: A fully enclosed type rotary electric machine of an embodiment includes a case, a stator, a rotor iron core, a rotor shaft, a first fan, and a second fan. The first fan has an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the stator and rotates integrally with the rotor iron core and the rotor shaft to cool a first bearing. The second fan has an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the stator and integrally rotates with the rotor iron core and the rotor shaft to cool a second bearing. The rotor shaft includes: a first opening which is open on a shaft end surface of at least one of both axial ends and faces the outer side of the case; and a second opening which is open on an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft and faces a space between the second fan and the second bearing in the case. The rotor shaft is provided with an air passage which extends in the rotor shaft from the first opening to the second opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より不都合が少なくなるよう改善された新規な構成の全閉型回転電機を得る。【解決手段】実施形態の全閉型回転電機は、ケースと、ステータと、ロータ鉄心と、ロータシャフトと、第一ファンと、第二ファンと、を備える。第一ファンは、ステータの内径よりも大きな外径を有し、ロータ鉄心およびロータシャフトと一体に回転することによって第一軸受を冷却可能に構成される。第二ファンは、ステータの内径よりも小さな外径を有し、ロータ鉄心およびロータシャフトと一体に回転することによって第二軸受を冷却可能に構成される。ロータシャフトには、軸方向の両端部のうち少なくとも一方の軸端面に開口しケースの外側に臨んだ第一開口と、当該ロータシャフトの外周面に開口しケース内の第二ファンと第二軸受との間の空間に臨んだ第二開口と、を含み、第一開口から第二開口に向けて当該ロータシャフトの内部を延びた空気通路が設けられる。【選択図】図1 |
