To provide a recommendation presentation program, a recommendation presentation method and a recommendation presentation device that realize appropriate recommendation presentation.SOLUTION: A server device 10 in a recommendation presentation device comprises: a communication control section 11; a storage section 13; and a control section 15. A collection section 15A collects service information for each development execution base that operates in each of client terminals 30A-30N. An extraction section 15B extracts service information, in which service execution time is more than or equal to a threshold value portion, of service information that is included in a service information group 13A stored in the storage section 13. An analysis section 15C is a processing section that analyzes service information extracted by the extraction section 15B.
