Zusammenfassung: | To enable a degree of deterioration of a sealing section of a circulation pump unit to be determined.SOLUTION: A circulation pump unit (3) comprises: a circulation pump (1a and 1b) which circulates hot water; suction piping which is connected to a suction side of the circulation pump; a leaked water pan (12) which has discharge piping connected to a discharge side of the circulation pump in a casing and is arranged below the circulation pump to receive leaked water therefrom; and water level detection means (21e) which is arranged in a storage tank (21) storing the leaked water received with the leaked water pan and detects a predetermined water level in the storage tank. When a predetermined amount or more of the leaked water is accumulated in the storage tank, the circulation pump unit discharges the leaked water at once using a siphon phenomenon. The circulation pump unit measures and stores duration of a water level equal to or higher than a predetermined water level since detection of the predetermined water level with the water level detection means and determines a degree of deterioration of a sealing section of the circulation pump on the basis of a temporal change in the duration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】循環ポンプユニットのシール部の劣化度合いを判定可能にすること。【解決手段】湯水を循環させる循環ポンプ(1a,1b)と、循環ポンプの吸込側に接続された吸込配管と、循環ポンプの吐出側に接続された吐出配管をケーシング内に有し、循環ポンプの下側に循環ポンプの漏水を受ける漏水パン(12)と、漏水パンが受けた漏水を貯留する貯留タンク(21)が配設されるとともに、貯留タンク内の所定水位を検知する水位検知手段(21e)を備え、貯留タンクに所定量以上の漏水が貯留された場合にはサイホン現象を利用して貯留された漏水を一気に排出する循環ポンプユニット(3)において、水位検知手段が所定水位を検知してからその所定水位以上の水位の継続時間を計測、記憶し、継続時間の経年的な変化に基づいて循環ポンプのシール部の劣化度合いを判定する。【選択図】図7 |
