To provide a state analysis device, a method, and a program capable of grasping a state of an organization and a state of a member of the organization.SOLUTION: A state analysis device 10 includes a gratitude data acquisition unit, a network generation unit, a network feature quantity analysis unit, an organization state identification unit, a member state analysis unit, and an output unit. The gratitude data acquisition unit acquires gratitude data transmission history information indicating that gratitude data are transmitted from one member to another member. The network generation unit generates, on the basis of the gratitude data transmission history information, a member network within an organization to which the member belongs. The network feature quantity analysis unit analyzes a feature quantity of the member network. The organization state identification unit identifies, on the basis of the analyzed feature quantity of the member network, an organization state. The member state analysis unit analyzes, on the basis of the member network, a member state.
