ACTIVE INGREDIENT-CONTAINING SOLUTION PUMP AND ACTIVE INGREDIENT-CONTAINING SOLUTION PUMP SYSTEM

To provide an active ingredient-containing solution pump capable of feeding liquid with high precision in a state in which a bad influence due to heat and contamination are suppressed.SOLUTION: An active ingredient-containing solution pump has: a bottom wall part which has a center shaft extending to one axial side; a case which surrounds the center shaft to form a feed liquid space open to one axial side, and has a liquid discharge part where an active ingredient-containing solution is discharged; an impeller which is fitted in the center shaft and rotates circumferentially on the center shaft; a cover which has a liquid guide part into which the active ingredient-containing solution is introduced, and covers the opening part of the feed liquid space; a motor which is placed more on the other axial side than the case; a rotary member which is driven by the motor to rotate circumferentially and coaxially with the impeller; a drive magnet which is provided at the rotary member and placed at an interval on the other axial side of the bottom wall part; and a driven member which is provided at a position where it can axially face the drive magnet for the impeller, and consists of a magnet or magnetic body capable of rotating circumferentially with the magnetic force of the drive magnet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】熱による悪影響およびコンタミネーションが抑制された状態で高精度に送液できる活性成分含有溶液ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】軸方向の一方側に延びる中心軸を有する底壁部と、中心軸を囲み軸方向の一方側に開口する送液空間を形成するとともに、活性成分含有溶液が排液される排液部を有する側壁部を備えるケースと、中心軸に嵌め合わされて、中心軸を中心とする周方向に回転するインペラと、活性成分含有溶液が導入される導液部を有し、送液空間の開口部を覆うカバーと、ケースよりも軸方向の他方側に配置されたモータと、モータの駆動によりインペラと同軸で周方向に回転する回転部材と、回転部材に設けられ、底壁部の軸方向の他方側に間隔をあけて配置された駆動マグネットと、インペラにおける駆動マグネットと軸方向に対向可能な位置に設けられ、駆動マグネットの磁力で周方向に回転可能な磁石または磁性体で構成される従動部材と、を有する。【選択図】図２
