Zusammenfassung: | To provide a running control mechanism for a work vehicle which homogenizes an operation feeling in a manual running and an operation feeling relating to a control change in an automatic running, and which has improvements in production and in cost.SOLUTION: A running control mechanism for a work vehicle includes: a steering device 9 that operates the travelling direction of a running vehicle body 2; a steering sensor 70 that detects an operation amount of the steering device 9; a running control unit 40 to which an output by the steering sensor 70 is input; a running drive device 71 that drives running wheels 4 and 4 on the basis of a command from the running control unit 40; and a positioning device 30 that detects the position of the running vehicle body 2. The running control mechanism has a manual work mode control and an automatic running-straight mode control. In the manual work mode control, the running control unit 40 executes a running control in accordance with the operation amount of the steering device 9. In the automatic running-straight mode control, the running control unit 40 executes a running-straight control on the basis of a preset running-straight route and of a detection signal from the positioning device 30. Under the automatic running-straight control, when the steering device 9 is operated, the running-straight route is corrected in accordance with the operation amount thereof, and the running-straight control is executed on the basis of the corrected running-straight route and of a detection signal from a vehicle body position detecting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】手動走行における操作感覚と、自動走行における制御変更に関する操作感覚を同質化し、製造上もコスト上も改良された作業車両の走行制御機構の提供。【解決手段】走行車体2の進行方向を操作する操舵装置9と、操舵装置9の操作量を検出する操舵センサ70と、操舵センサ70の出力を入力する走行制御部40と、走行制御部40の指示に基づいて、走行車輪4,4を駆動する走行駆動装置71と、走行車体2の位置を検出する測位装置30とを備え、手動作業モード制御と、自動直進モード制御とを有し、手動作業モード制御においては、走行制御部40は操舵装置9の操作量に応じて走行制御を行い、自動直進モード制御においては、走行制御部40は予め設定されている直進走行経路と測位装置30からの検出信号に基づいて直進走行制御を行い、自動直進モード制御下において、操舵装置9の操作が行われた場合はその操作量に応じて直進走行経路を修正し、その修正された直進走行経路と車体位置検出装置からの検出信号に基づいて直進走行制御を行う。【選択図】 図3 |
