The coils 242 each have an opening. The detection coil substrate 220 has a through hole 228 extending through the detection coil substrate 220, and a component space where a component 248 or a wire 250 is arranged, within each of the openings as seen in the Z-axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
