Zusammenfassung:	To provide water-based cosmetics that do not make the skin slimy during its application, do not cause stickiness while the cosmetics are being dried, and make the skin soft and smooth after the cosmetics are dried.SOLUTION: Water-based cosmetics contain following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) bis-ethoxydiglycol cyclohexane 1,4-dicarboxylate, (B) polysaccharide 0.02-0.5 mass%, (C) polyether-modified silicone, and (D) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】塗布中の肌にぬるつきがなく、化粧料の乾き際にべたつきがなく、化粧料が乾燥した後の肌になめらかさと、やわらかさを与える水性化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）、（Ｃ）及び（Ｄ）：（Ａ）シクロヘキサン－１，４－ジカルボン酸ビスエトキシジグリコール、（Ｂ）多糖類０．０２～０．５質量％、（Ｃ）ポリエーテル変性シリコーン、（Ｄ）水を含有する水性化粧料。【選択図】なし
