Zusammenfassung:To provide a surface-treated metallic foil which is excellent in adhesion between a fluorine-based resin (especially, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin) and the surface-treated metallic foil, and heat resistance.SOLUTION: A surface-treated metallic foil has a metallic foil and a surface treatment layer provided on at least one surface of the metallic foil, wherein the surface treatment layer has a Zn content of 0 mg/m2 or more and 10.0 mg/m2 or less and a Cr content of 1.0 mg/m2 or more and 7.0 mg/m2 or less, on the surface opposite to the metallic foil of the surface treatment layer, an N/Si ratio that is an atom ratio of N to Si measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is 0.80 or more and 5.0 or less, and on the surface opposite to the metallic foil of the surface treatment layer, ten point average roughness Rz measured according to JIS B 0601-1982 is 0.50 μm or more and 8.00 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】フッ素系樹脂(特にポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)樹脂)との密着性、及び耐熱性に優れた表面処理金属箔を提供する。【解決手段】金属箔と、金属箔の少なくとも一方の表面に設けられる表面処理層とを備えた表面処理金属箔であって、表面処理層は、Zn含有量が0mg/m2以上10.0mg/m2以下、Cr含有量が1.0mg/m2以上7.0mg/m2以下であり、表面処理層の金属箔と反対側の表面における、X線光電子分光法(XPS)により測定される、Siに対するNの原子比率であるN/Si比が0.80以上5.0以下であり、かつ、表面処理層の金属箔と反対側の表面における、JIS B 0601-1982に準拠して測定される十点平均粗さRzが0.50μm以上8.00μm以下である、表面処理金属箔。【選択図】なし
