Zusammenfassung:To realize a power start/stop device which is hardly affected by dark current, can independently set a start voltage and a stop voltage, and can surely stop power supply.SOLUTION: A power start/stop device 100 includes a power integrated circuit 11 for supplying power to a load circuit 12, and switching elements 8 and 10 for starting and stopping voltage supply from a battery 1 to the power integrated circuit 11 by on/off operations. The power start/stop device 100 also includes a voltage monitoring circuit 5 for monitoring a voltage supplied from the battery 1 and turns on the switching elements 8 and 10 when the voltage supplied from the battery 1 is equal to or more than a first threshold value, and a power stop control circuit 7 for turning off the switching elements 8 and 10 when the voltage supplied from the battery 1 is equal to or less than a second threshold value lower than the first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】暗電流の影響を受けにくく、かつ、起動電圧と停止電圧とを独立して設定でき、確実に電源供給を停止することが可能な電源起動停止装置を実現する。【解決手段】電源起動停止装置100は、負荷回路12に電源を供給する電源集積回路11と、電源集積回路11にバッテリ1からの電圧供給の開始及び停止をオンオフ動作により行うスイッチング素子8、10とを備える。また、電源起動停止装置100は、バッテリ1から供給される電圧を監視し、バッテリ1から供給される電圧が第1閾値以上となったとき、スイッチング素子8、10オンとする電圧監視回路5と、バッテリ1から供給される電圧が、第1閾値より低い第2閾値以下となったときにスイッチング素子8、10をオフとする電源停止制御回路7とを備える。【選択図】図1
