Zusammenfassung:To provide a rotary kiln allowing a treatment object to be easily subjected to uniform heat treatment.SOLUTION: A rotary kiln 1 has an external cylinder 20 and an inner cylinder 22 having a heat treatment zone B. The inner cylinder 22 has an inner cylinder body 220 and a spiral downstream feeding fin 222 placed downstream from an axial directional center C of the heat treatment zone B. A treatment object W is fed in the approaching direction to the heat treatment zone B in a normal rotation of the inner cylinder 22, and in the separating direction from the heat treatment zone B in a reverse rotation of the inner cylinder 22, by the downstream feeding fin 222. The inner cylinder 22 is normally rotated in a heat treatment mode, the inner cylinder 22 is normally rotated and inclined in a bias mode, and the inner cylinder 22 is reversely rotated in a discharge mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】被処理物に対して均質な熱処理を施しやすいロータリーキルンを提供する。【解決手段】ロータリーキルン1は、外筒20と、熱処理帯Bを有する内筒22と、を備える。内筒22は、内筒本体220と、熱処理帯Bの軸方向中心Cよりも下流側に配置される螺旋状の下流側送りフィン222と、を有する。被処理物Wは、下流側送りフィン222により、内筒22正転時に熱処理帯Bに近接する方向に、内筒22反転時に熱処理帯Bから離間する方向に、送られる。熱処理モードにおいては内筒22を正転させ、片寄せモードにおいては内筒22を正転させると共に傾動させ、排出モードにおいては内筒22を逆転させる。【選択図】図2
