Zusammenfassung:To provide a cathode insulation jig and cathode insulation method that can reduce productivity loss accompanied by the maintenance of electrolytic equipment, chiefly the maintenance of a rectifier, when the electrolytic equipment needs a blackout operation for maintenance, and that can prevent the occurrence of defects of an electrolytic product.SOLUTION: A rod-like body 11 made of an insulating material can be arranged on multiple anode beams 22 bridged over an electrolytic bath A. On the upper surface of the rod-like body 11, multiple mounting grooves 12 are formed at intervals, on which each one end of multiple cathode beams 32 can be placed. In both longitudinal ends of the rod-like body 11, each handle 13 is arranged so as to be handled by a worker with his/her hand, and each positioning tool 14 is also arranged so as to be inserted between the anode beams 22 of multiple anodes 2 bridged over the electrolytic bath A. An insulation state can be maintained by lifting a cathode 3, putting the cathode insulation jig 10 on the anode beams 22, and putting the cathode beams 32 on the cathode insulation jig 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】整備のために停電操作を必要とする電解設備の整備、主に整流器の整備に伴う生産性の低下を抑制し電解品の不良発生を防止するカソード絶縁治具およびカソード絶縁方法を提供する。【解決手段】絶縁材料製の棒状体11であって、電解槽Aに架け渡されている複数本のアノードビーム22の上に設置でき、棒状体11の上面には、複数本のカソードビーム32の一端を載置するための載置溝12が複数個間隔をあけて形成されている。棒状体11の長手方向両端部には、作業員が手で持つための取手13がそれぞれ取付けられており、電解槽Aに架け渡されている複数のアノード2のアノードビーム22の間に差し込まれる位置決め具14が取付けられている。カソード3を持ち上げ、カソード絶縁治具10をアノードビーム22の上に置き、カソードビーム32をカソード絶縁治具10の上に置くことで、絶縁状態に保持できる。【選択図】図1
