Zusammenfassung:To provide a diagnostic imaging catheter set that can easily prevent generation of air bubbles in a pull-back system at priming, and provide a diagnostic imaging catheter.SOLUTION: A diagnostic imaging catheter set has: a diagnostic imaging catheter with a pull-back system including an outer tube, and an inner tube provided radially inside from the outer tube and axially movable relatively to the outer tube; and a priming article for performing the priming of the diagnostic imaging catheter. The diagnostic imaging catheter set is provided with a pressure loss part for generating a pressure loss of 0.3 MPa or more when a saline is made to flow at a flow rate of 300 ml/min in a priming flow path on a base end side from the pull-back system. The diagnostic imaging catheter has the pull-back system including the outer tube, and the inner tube provided radially inside from the outer tube and axially movable relatively to the outer tube.
