To improve a convenience of parking management.SOLUTION: An information processing system according to the present disclosure comprises: an RF (Radio Frequency) tag mounted on a vehicle; an information processing device stored in clothing or a wearing tool worn by a driver of a vehicle; and a parking management device. The information processing device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires vehicle information and vehicle position information held in the RF tag, triggered by detection of a first action by the driver; and a transmission unit that determines the acquired position information as a parking position of the vehicle, associates the vehicle information with the parking position, and transmits the associated information to the parking management device.
