Zusammenfassung:To detect resonance current flowing in a heating coil without using a current transformer and a shunt resistor, in induction heating equipment in which an inverter is PWM-controlled.SOLUTION: Induction heating equipment is provided, comprising: an inverter circuit that supplies a high-frequency AC voltage to a heating coil; a control circuit that controls upper and lower arms of the inverter circuit by frequency control or PWM control; a resonance circuit configured by serially connecting the heating coil and a resonance capacitor; a resonance capacitor voltage differentiation current that differentiates a both-end voltage of the resonance capacitor generated by the current flowing in the resonance capacitor; a rectification circuit that rectifies the output of the resonance capacitor voltage differentiation current; and an envelope detection circuit that outputs an output voltage detecting an envelope of the output of the rectification circuit. In a case where the upper and lower arm control of the inverter circuit is PWM control, the control circuit calculates resonance current value flowing in the heating coil on the basis of a corrected output voltage obtained by correcting the output voltage of the envelope detection circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 【課題】 インバータがPWM制御される誘導加熱装置において、カレントトランスやシャント抵抗を用いることなく、加熱コイルに流れる共振電流を検出する。【解決手段】 高周波交流電圧を加熱コイルに供給するインバータ回路と、インバータ回路の上下アームを周波数制御またはPWM制御で制御する制御回路と、加熱コイルと共振コンデンサを直列接続した共振回路と、共振コンデンサに流れる電流によって生じる共振コンデンサの両端電圧を微分する共振コンデンサ電圧微分回路と、共振コンデンサ電圧微分回路の出力を整流する整流回路と、整流回路の出力の包絡線を検波した出力電圧を出力する包絡線検波回路と、を備え、制御回路は、インバータ回路の上下アーム制御がPWM制御である場合は、包絡線検波回路の出力電圧を補正した補正後出力電圧に基づいて、加熱コイルに流れる共振電流値を演算することを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。【選択図】 図13
