Zusammenfassung: | To provide a Co-based alloy material which can have mechanical characteristics equal to or more than conventional mechanical characteristics and enables suppression of degradation of production yield than ever, a Co-based alloy product obtained by using the material, and a production method of the product.SOLUTION: A Co-based alloy material according to the present invention has a chemical composition including 0.1 to 10 mass% of Al and 3 to 45 mass% of W, a total amount of the Al and the W being less than 50 mass%, and 0.007 to 0.05 mass% of O, and the balance of Co and impurities, wherein segregation cells with an average size of 0.15 to 1.5 μm are formed in the γ phase crystal grains that serve as a base phase of the alloy material, wherein in the segregation cells, γ' phase particles including Co, Al and W and having a particle size of 0.01 to 0.5 μm are dispersed and precipitated, and on the boundary regions of the segregation cells and on a grain boundary of the γ phase crystals, μ-phase particles containing Co and W and having a particle size of 0.005 to 2 μm are dispersed and precipitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来と同等以上の機械的特性が得られ、かつ従来よりも製造歩留まりの低下を抑制できるCo基合金材料、該材料を用いたCo基合金製造物、および該製造物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るCo基合金材料は、0.1~10質量%のAlと3~45質量%のWとを含み、前記Alおよび前記Wの合計が50質量%未満であり、0.007~0.05質量%のOを含み、残部がCoと不純物とからなる化学組成を有し、前記合金材料の母相となるγ相結晶粒の中には、平均サイズが0.15~1.5μmの偏析セルが形成しており、前記偏析セルの中には、前記Co、前記Alおよび前記Wを含み粒径が0.01~0.5μmのγ'相粒子が分散析出しており、前記偏析セルの前記境界領域および前記γ相結晶粒の粒界の上には、前記Coおよび前記Wを含み粒径が0.005~2μmのμ相粒子が分散析出している、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2 |
