Zusammenfassung:	To provide cultured skin models cultured so as to have stronger physical strength and have the apical-basal axis direction to the direction of gravity in the same direction as the actual skin.SOLUTION: Provided is a skin culture in which a dermal layer and an epidermal layer are overlaid to form a tubular shape. In manufacturing such a skin culture, the apical-basal axis direction to the direction of gravity can be made the same as the actual skin by matching the direction of the lumen with the direction of gravity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明は、より物理的強度が強く、かつ重力方向に対する頂端-基底軸方向を、実際の皮膚と同方向となるようにして培養された培養皮膚モデルを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】真皮層と表皮層とが重層されて管状に形成された皮膚培養物を提供することに依る。かかる皮膚培養物は、製造にあたり、管腔方向を重力方向に一致させることで、重力方向に対する頂端-基底軸方向を、実際の皮膚と同方向とすることができる。【選択図】図２
