STARTER WITH SEAL RECEPTACLE

To solve the problem that a larger load than necessary is applied to a fixing part when a placing surface of a starter and the fixing part are excessively separated from each other, a separate member for receiving a sealing material is required when the sealing material is constructed between the starter and a base part, and the construction takes time and labor.SOLUTION: A starter 1 comprises: a fixing surface 2 including an upper fixing part 2a and a lower fixing part 2b, for attaching the starter to a furring strip 51; a mounting surface 3 for mounting an exterior material such as a sandwiched panel 21; a projection piece 5 and a locking part 6 provided on the outdoor side end part of the mounting surface 3; and a panel receiving part 4 provided on the indoor side of the mounting surface 3. Further, a lower end part 9 is provided on one end part of the fixing surface 2, and a seal receiving part 10 with a lower end 9 side protruding to the outdoor side is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】スターターの載置面と固定部が離れすぎていると、固定部に必要以上に負荷がかかってしまい、さらにスターターと土台部の間にシーリング材を施工する場合には、シーリング材を受けるための別体の部材が必要であり、施工の手間がかかっていた。【解決手段】スターターを胴縁５１に取り付ける固定面２と、該固定面２には上部固定部２ａおよび下部固定部２ｂを設け、サンドイッチパネル２１等の外装材を載置する載置面３と、該載置面３の屋外側端部には突出片５、係止部６を設け、該載置面３の屋内側にはパネル受け部４を設けた。さらに固定面２の一方の端部には下端部９を設け、下端部９側を屋外側へ突出させたシール受け部１０を設けたシール受け付きスターター１を提供する。【選択図】図１
