MOLD FOR CAST-IN-PLACE STEEL CONCRETE PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EXTRA FILLING PART OF CAST-IN-PLACE STEEL CONCRETE PILE

To provide a mold for a cast-in-place steel concrete pile and a construction method of an extra filling part of the cast-in-place steel concrete pile allowing a concrete amount to be installed to construct the extra filling part to be reduced while securing height of concrete required for the extra filling part, and allowing labor hours and cost to remove the extra filling part to be reduced, for the cast-in-place steel concrete pile.SOLUTION: A mold 1 is provided with an upper side mold part 2, a lower side mold part 3 coaxially placed below the upper side mold part 2 with a space therebetween, a support part 4 supporting them, and a reinforcement frame 6. Further, in addition to those structures, a cover part 5 is arranged to seal a gap between the upper side mold part 2 and the lower side mold part 3. Then, concrete C is filled in a drilled hole 30 to an upper end of the upper side mold part 2 in a state the mold 1 is placed and fixed on a steel pipe 22 from the lower side mold part 3 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】場所打ち鋼管コンクリート杭において、余盛部として必要なコンクリートの高さを確保しながら、余盛部の築造のために打設されるコンクリートの量を低減させると共に、余盛部の撤去の手間と費用を低減できる場所打ち鋼管コンクリート杭用型枠、及び、場所打ち鋼管コンクリート杭の余盛部の築造方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】型枠１は、上側枠部２と、上側枠部２の下方に間隔を空けて同軸に配置された下側枠部３と、これらを支持する支持部４と、補強枠６とを備えている。さらに、これらの構成に加えて、上側枠部２と下側枠部３との間を塞ぐカバー部５を備えている。そして、この型枠１が、下側枠部３側から鋼管２２の上に載置されて固定された状態で、上側枠部２の上端まで掘削孔３０内にコンクリートＣが充填される。【選択図】図１
