AUTOMATIC FIRE WARNING FACILITY AND DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM

To provide an automatic fire warning facility and disaster prevention system for facilitating the collection of rescue requests at a fire occurrence site by effectively using a voice signal when a fire occurs.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention system includes a cloud server, an Internet communication network 40, and portable terminals 50a-b of users. In the system, an automatic fire warning facility 10 includes: a plurality of fire sensors 11; a fire receiver 12 for generating fire information based on fire-related information received from the fire sensors; and acoustic devices 13 for performing a voice output. The fire receiver outputs a voice output command for allowing the acoustic device to output a voice signal in order to urge that a rescue request by voice be performed when the fire information is generated. The fire sensor outputs rescue-related information including an utterance signal received in response to the voice signal output from the acoustic device and address information. The fire receiver receives the rescue-related information from the fire sensor, identifies an origination place of the utterance signal inside a fire prevention object, and outputs information including the utterance signal and the origination place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】火災発生時に、音声信号を有効利用して火災発生現場における救助要求を容易に収集できる自動火災報知設備及び防災システムを提供する。【解決手段】クラウドサーバ、ネット通信網４０及びユーザの携帯端末５０ａ～ｂを備える防災システムにおいて、自動火災報知設備１０は、複数の火災感知器１１と、火災感知器から受失した火災関連情報に基づいて火災情報を生成する火災受信機１２と、音声出力を行う音響装置１３と、を備える。火災受信機は、火災情報を生成した際に、音声による救助要求が可能であることを促すために、音声信号を音響装置から出力させる音声出力指令を出力する。火災感知器は、音響装置から出力された音声信号に応じて受信した発声信号とアドレス情報とを含む救助関連情報を出力する。火災受信機は、火災感知器から救助関連情報を受信して防火対象物内における発声信号の発信場所を特定し、発声信号と発信場所を含む情報を出力する。【選択図】図１
