Zusammenfassung: | To provide a negative electrode material for a silicon type secondary battery having a high battery capacity, improved initial reversible efficiency, and stable cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: A negative electrode material for a secondary battery according to a present invention is a particle state containing: a matrix that contains a complex oxide of one or more doping elements selected from the group consisting of a silicon oxide, an alkaline metal, an alkaline earth metal, and a post transition metal and a silicon, or a mixture of them; and silicon nano particles that are scattered and impregnated in the matrix. The compression strength (St) of the particles is 100 MPa or more, and the ratio (A1/A2) of the area (A1) of a first peak positioned within a range of a diffraction angle 2θ of 10° to 27.4° in an X-ray diffraction pattern using a CuKα ray to the area (A2) of a second peak positioned within a range of 28±0.5° satisfies 0.8 to 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い電池容量を有し、向上した初期可逆高率および安定したサイクル特性を有するシリコン系二次電池用負極材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る二次電池用負極材は、シリコン酸化物、アルカリ金属とアルカリ土類金属およびポスト遷移金属からなる群から選択される1つ以上のドーピング元素とシリコンとの複合酸化物、またはこれらの混合物を含有するマトリックスと、マトリックスに分散含浸されたシリコンナノ粒子と、を含む粒子状であり、粒子の圧縮強度(St)が100MPa以上であり、CuKα線を用いたX線回折パターンにおいて、回折角2θが10°~27.4°の範囲に位置する第1ピークの面積(A1)と28±0.5°の範囲に位置する第2ピークの面積(A2)との比(A1/A2)が0.8~6を満たす。【選択図】図2 |
