To provide a humidifier which can efficiently perform humidification by jetting water from a nozzle.SOLUTION: A humidifier includes: a hollow body 13 provided with an air inflow port 11 and an outflow port 12; a moisture absorption member 14 which is disposed facing the inflow port 11 in the hollow body 13 and has air permeability; a nozzle 15 which jets water to be sprayed to the moisture absorption member 14; and a blower 16 which causes air to flow from the inflow port 11 into the hollow body 13, pass through the moisture absorption member 14, and sends the air from the outflow port 12 to a space to be humidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ノズルからの水の吹き出しによる加湿を効率的に行える加湿装置を提供する。【解決手段】空気の流入口１１及び流出口１２が設けられた中空体１３と、中空体１３内に流入口１１に対向して配置された通気性のある水分吸収部材１４と、水分吸収部材１４に吹き付けられる水を吹き出すノズル１５と、流入口１１から中空体１３内に空気を流入させ、水分吸収部材１４を通過させて、流出口１２から加湿対象空間に向けて送り出す送風機１６とを備える。【選択図】図２
